I've read this nice post from Helena's jul last week and I decided to try her chestnut recipe. Haven't eaten chestnuts before in my life, this is the first time. I think they taste similar to potatoes in a way and it's incredible how nice they smell when they get out of the oven. Helena wrote that you need a sharp knife for it and I've recognized that our knives aren't sharp enough. So instead of a cross like in Helena's blog (the cross actually looks much better :)), I just made one large cut:
