Wearing a denim shirt in winter

I don't know how you feel, but for me it's easier to combine the right outfit in summer. During winter I tend to wear things that just comfortable like long cardigans or ugg boots. I also like to wear denim shirts and for summer this is a nice combination:

But I need a combination for now. For autumn or winter, this is a good combination and you could also wear a olive-green parka together with it.
